  • Acha kuvuta sigara

  • Fanya mazoezi kwa angalau dakika 30 kila siku utazuia ongezeko la uzito na magonjwa ya moyo

  • Puguza uzito

  • Punguza msongo wa mawazo

  • Kuwa na tabia ya kupima shinikizo la damu kila mwezi ili kujua shinikizo lako la damu. Itakusaidia kutambua mapema kama likibadilika

  • Tumia dawa kila siku endapo umeanzishiwa dawa za kushusha shinikizo la damu ili kuepuka madhara yake.

  • Mwone dakitara mara unapopata tatizo lolote ambalo hulielewi
