Kukojoa baada ya ngono

Kukojoa kwa nguvu baada tu ya kushiriki ngono hupunguza hatari ya kupata U.T.I kwa wanawake.

 

Kufanya ngono huchochea ujongeaji wa bakteria wa U.T.I kwenda kwenye kibofu cha mkojo hivyo kupelekea maambukizi ya U.T.I. Wanawake wanaokojoa mara kwa mara baada ya kushiriki ngono hupunguza hatari ya kupata maambukizi ya U.T.I.

 

Tafiti zinaonyesha kuwa mara tu baada ya kushiriki ngono, idadi ya bakteria katika kibofu huongezeka mara kumi zaidi. Kukojoa kwa nguvu husaidia kusafisha njia ya mkojo kwa kuwaondoa bakteria walioingia wakati wa ngono katika kibofu na mrija unaotoa mkojo nje ya kibofu.

 

Baada ya kukojoa, wanawake wanashauriwa kujisafisha kutoka mbele kwenda nyuma na si kinyume chake ili kuzuia kuhamisha bakteria kutoka njia ya haja kubwa kwenda ukeni na kupelekea U.T.I.
