Megaloblastic Anemia

This is a condition whereby the bone marrow usually produces large, structurally abnormal, immature red blood cells (megaloblasts) often due to inadequate intake or malabsorption of vitamin B12 or folate.

Other Pains

Include generalized body ache, joint pain, pain due to local infections, pains due to injury, eye pains and ear pains

Pulmonary Edema

Life threatening condition that occurs due to abnormal fluid build-up in the lungs leading to impaired gaseous exchange, acute respiratory distress and may cause respiratory failure.

Sedation

The aim of providing sedation is to reduce anxiety, agitation and pain so as to tolerate unpleasant medical procedures or intervention while the patient retains control of airway, breathing and blood pressure.

Sepsis and Septic Shock

Septicaemia (Sepsis) is defined as life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to bacterial infection (commonly) and fungal or viral infections (leastly).
