Mazoezi yanafahamika kutuliza mwili, mwongozo ufuatao utakusaidia kwenye mazoezi yako.. Kwenye zoezi la 1 hadi 4, hakikisha unahesabu 1,2,3 baada ya kila zoezi kabla ya kuhamia zoezi jingine. Baada ya kila zoezi vuta pumzi kwa kina kisha kuendelea kupumua kawaida na kuhakikisha kifua kinajongea kama kawaida.
