Mazoezi haya yafanye kwa muda wa dakika 3 huku ukihesabu namba 1,2,3 kabla ya kuhama pozi moja kwenda jingine. Unapotaka kubadili pozi moja kwenda jingine hakikisha unapumua kwa kina kisha kuendelea kupumua kawaida.

Baada ya kuweza kufanya mazoezi haya na endapo bado unaweza kuongea wakati wa zoezi bila kupata shida, au bado una nguvu unaweza kufanya mazoezi yanayofuata katika sehemu ya nne
